By enrolling in the Chelsea Lovely Heritage Spanish Program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms:

Courses & Content Usage

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, recordings, text, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Chelsea Thompson and are provided solely for personal use by registered participants. These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or republished in any format without explicit written permission.

You may view, read, and download materials from the course dashboard for your own educational use. You may not share course content, login credentials, private community posts, or any resources with others outside of the Program.

While the Program is designed to be asynchronous, the Instructor (Chelsea Thompson) may occasionally offer optional live Q&A or support sessions at her discretion. By enrolling, you acknowledge that any live sessions may be recorded for replay and educational use. If you attend a session with your camera or microphone on, you consent to being recorded. You may choose to participate via chat or keep your camera/mic off if you prefer not to appear in any recording.

These terms apply from the moment of enrollment and remain in effect indefinitely, even after completing or withdrawing from the Program.

Course Access

Access to the Program materials is limited to individuals who have registered. Lifetime access is granted unless a participant is removed for violating course policies, including unauthorized sharing or misuse of materials.

Access Duration

Enrollment includes ongoing access to all course materials and updates for the lifetime of the Program. However, access may be revoked at any time if a participant violates the terms of use or engages in behavior that compromises the integrity of the course environment.

Payment Plans & Course Access

If you enroll in the Program using a multi-month payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time as outlined at checkout. Access to course content, future modules, and the private student community is conditional upon successful and timely payments.

If a scheduled payment fails or is not received, your course access may be paused or revoked until the payment issue is resolved. If payment is not brought up to date within 7 days, continued enrollment may be forfeited without refund, and full access to the course will be permanently removed.

By selecting a payment plan at checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to course materials, no refunds will be issued once a participant has enrolled and logged in to the course platform.

Email Opt-In

By enrolling, you consent to being added to the course email list for the purpose of receiving communications related to your purchase, including course updates, support materials, and relevant offers.
